Resetting your password
If you’re unable to log into the BEES app and need to reset your password, you can do so from the login screen. Just open the BEES app, and then, from the login screen, tap on “Forgot password” and type in your phone number or email address. Once you’ve done that, we’ll reach out to you with a confirmation code to make sure it’s really you. When you’ve received the code, enter it into the Confirmation Code field and then set a new password. Your password will need to be at least 8 characters, with at least two character types (upper/lowercase, letters, numbers, or symbols).
Changing your password
If you’re able to log in but just want to change your password, you can do so by opening the app, then selecting the Account icon, in the section “Personal Info,” where you’ll see the option to update your password
