Register a new customer
Once you have downloaded the BEES application, open it, enter your contact information and accept the terms and conditions. We will send you a confirmation code. Once you have received it, enter it in the "Confirmation Code" box in the app. You will need to enter your name and set a password to log in.
(Be sure to save your password somewhere for easy access in the future).
Next, the application will ask you to link your business. At the bottom of this screen, click on a link that says “First time trading with us? Register your business” and enter your business information:
- Name
- Business type
- Address
You must have a trading company in order to use the BEES application.
Once you have entered your business information, we will verify and approve your account. When the verification process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with a link to complete the registration. You will then be able to start using BEES for any orders you wish to place.
How to register an existing customer
If you are an existing BEES customer, simply download the application, enter your name and contact information, agree to the terms and conditions and link your business using the customer code on your invoices.
Once this is done, you will be able to start using BEES for any order you wish to place.
